Getting Started. Whats Missing?

First step is to get the wort to 150degF

Next we need to maintain the 150 degF for a while

Then we sparge all the grains to get the flavor

Its a good thing to clean the equipment. Why not do it in the boiling wort and save time.

We need to get the temp of the wort down as fast as possible
